Zacarias Actuarial Consultants, Inc. (ZAC, Inc.) is a private consulting firm which provides actuarial services to pension plan administrators nationwide. The firm was established as a sole proprietorship in September 1988 by Mark A. Zacarias. It incorporated under the present name in August 1989. ZAC, Inc. provides third-party actuarial services to over 20 plan administrators, accountants, and attorneys and has worked on plans ranged in size from one participant to over 2,000 participants. ZAC, Inc. is committed to providing quality actuarial and document services for defined benefit and cash balance plans and consulting services for cross-tested plans and DB/DC combinations.

FIRM ACTUARIES

Mark A. Zacarias is a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary (April 10, 1986) as provided for under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Mr. Zacarias is President of ZAC, Inc. and is a former Partner of E. J. Dunn & Associates, Inc.
